Abuja Investments Company Limited was proud to join the Churchgate Group in welcoming the FCT Minister H.E Sen Bala Mohammed on a site inspection visit to the ongoing Abuja World Trade Center.

The Abuja WTC is located on a 6.102 ha site along Constitution Avenue, Central Business District, Abuja a site which is currently being transformed into a mega complex consisting of high rise residential towers, office towers, conference facilities and a shopping mall with entertainment facilities. The structure will be the definitive landmark of the FCT similar to the Eiffel Tower in Paris or Kuala Lampur’s Petronas Towers.

The FCT Minister was highly impressed with the progress of development achieved in just under 5 months and urged that the relevant FCDA departments work closely with Churchgate Group to ensure adherence to the Abuja master plan. He commended the efforts of Abuja Investments Company Limited in structuring the PPP arrangement and encouraged the company to seek more of such investments with the private sector. His Excellency also informed the press that the formal commissioning of the project would be done by the President; His Excellency Goodluck Ebele Johnathan GCFR; hopefully in the next couple of weeks once the room-size project model and other preparations have been put in place.
